Find what you're seeing, then open the procedure beside it. New to the clock? Start with Turning On Your Clock or Back Panel Removal.
The clock won't start and the Raspberry Pi shows no lights
Part of the display is blank or not displaying properly
Missing, damaged or wrong-color pixels
An LED module is not getting power
The Raspberry Pi is not getting power
A damaged Ethernet port or Ethernet connection problems
Check or adjust the power supply voltage
Check that everything inside is seated and lit
Use the power state listed for each procedure. Do not apply one procedure's power instructions to another: the inspection uses both powered and unpowered stages, and the voltage check requires the clock to remain on.
